Where Can I Receive Support to Learn How to Create, Map, Assess, and Input data?

There is neither a full-time Outcomes Coordinator nor an Outcomes office. However, support can be found online and in-person or Zoom training sessions.

What If I Have Technical Problems with Taskstream?
  1. If you need access to Taskstream please contact the IT Help Desk and put “Taskstream” in the subject line.
  2. If you need access to additional courses in Taskstream please contact the IT Help Desk and list the needed courses in the comment box.

I Had Access, But Now I Can’t Get into Taskstream.

We have found that faculty who are also enrolled in a course at Rio Hondo College (e.g., to use the Fitness Center) may need to have their account reset. Please contact the IT Help Desk.

How Do I Log In to Taskstream?

To get into Taskstream, you may enter from Access Rio or the Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) link. Your credentials are the same as your email account.

What is My Taskstream Username/Password?
